It was really hard to select just three images from the many I did. I am afraid I didn't realise I was to take screenshots of the settings until I was nearly finished the exercises, but I did record them on the images themselves so I hope that's all right.
In this image I played with the constant only, the setting is on the image itself.
Unfortunately I again have no records of what I actually used but I really was getting into adjustment layers by this time!
