This week we studied the making of Framesets. Personally I would not use a frameset again in a web site as it's an absolute pain in the neck to maintain. However it's useful to know how to do them.

I decided to make my frameset open in a separate window to maintain the integrity of this website. It also illustrates the use of the command TARGET="_blank". Just one word of warning about this command - if you are ever writing for an online magazine anywhere you may find that using TARGET="blank" is sufficient as the form that you may get for uploading your articles and other information may not recognise the lower hyphen in the HTML.
