Again, I'm sorry it's been so long since the last update. I've had a lot of problems both personal and with my health, and it's only recently that I have begun to return to normal.

One of the major things is that I was no longer able to wear my in the ear hearing aid last summer due to the number of infections in my ears. This is still the case and I am using a hairband type hearing aid at the moment which looks for all the world like a Walkman stereo - but I was referred to the audiologist for some very special hearing tests and I am to get a BAHA hearing aid - you can find out more at www.entific.com if you are interested in this. I hope the operation will be some time during the summer/early autumn and once I have it I should hear much better.

I bought a digital camera last summer and have been having a great time with it - the photo album pages have been given an update so do pay a visit and have a look at flora and fauna around central London, UK.

I have not done much tatting or other craftwork recently and am at the moment making a very simple Coaster pattern from the Ring of Tatters' Year 2000 project book Tatting 2000 - sadly this is now out of print but you might be able to find a copy at Handy Hands Tatting.

I've been appointed the Paper Crafts host at Bella Online Paper Crafts site and although this rather fell by the wayside because of my health problems I do hope to get it up and running soon.
